RULES 1. Any person
owning two or more shares of stock may specify that any share
not used by him for a membership may be assigned to an
acceptable person or family, as long as said persons keep their
membership dues paid.
2. Juniors under the age of 18 shall be entitled to the full privileges of their parents’ membership and have exclusive use of Court 9 on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. 3.
No children are allowed on the courts at any time, unless
playing tennis. 4. Children are not
permitted to play or romp in the Clubhouse, including the Locker
Rooms. Parents
bringing children into the Clubhouse must keep them in their
presence and under their control at all times. 5. Any member may
invite guests to the Club.
Guests may play twice a month.
If a guest belongs to another club, they may play two
more times per month
at non-prime time. The
guest must be accompanied by the host member, and the members
inviting guests shall be responsible to the Club for all damages
incurred by them. 6. All members shall
be responsible for registering guests.
Members will be charged $2.50 for each adult guest for
tennis, and $2.50 or each adult guest for swimming.
The guest fee for guests 14 years of age and under is
$1.00 for tennis and $1.00 for swimming. 7. No dogs or pets
will be allowed on the property.
No member will bring his pet to the Club to be turned
loose on the grounds. 8. A membership
consists of a person, or of parents and dependent children, up
to age 24, living in the same household. 9. The Board of
Directors will suppress any games or entertainment which, in its
opinion, may be injurious to or interfere with regular Club
functions. 10. The Club will not
be responsible for valuables lost or stolen upon the premises. 11 No reserved
courts on holidays, except for authorized tournaments.
If tournament players wish to use a vacant court, they
must follow the “Court Rules” for court preference.
See rules No. 3 and No. 5 of “Court Rules”. 12. Any disputes over
courts or court etiquette should be referred to the Club Pro. 13. If a renter goes
inactive from the Club, for any reason, he must remain out of
the Club for a year and his name be put on the bottom of the
waiting list. 14. If a
shareholder goes inactive from the Club, for any reason, he must
be out of the Club for a year.
If this shareholder wishes to return to the Club before
