Donald Nann's Update
Donald Nann has given strict instructions to say “Thank You!” and to let everyone know how much he appreciates your help and support.
Many of us contributed in a variety of thoughtful ways. Whether it was a note of encouragement, a thank you, a wish for a speedy recovery, or a donation, Donald is so very grateful.
Upon completion of his surgery on Thursday, April 18th, Donald now has rehab three days a week and spends his time walking up and down his driveway, four times a day. He is on the road to recovery, getting better every day, and has been told he can drive in 3 weeks. He just cannot wait to get back to SDTC! And, as Donald says “Thanks a Million”.

Director, Club Manager and Board Members are here to listen, help and
Examples of Issues and Where to Find Solutions

*Issues concerning club etiquette and rules
*League team issues
*Facilities and grounds maintenance issues
*Receiving email blasts soliciting members for private gains, political,
*Issues concerning rental dues, payments to the club, buying a club share
*Pro shop issues
Please Take Steps In The Following Order
1. If possible, talk first with the person(s) directly involved unless you feel that
would escalate the situation.
2. Talk with the appropriate person at the club, either the Tennis Director or
the Club Manager.
3. If your issue is still not resolved, send an email to either the Tennis Director
or Club Manager, addressing the specific issues that have been left
unresolved. Avoid any attacks toward the other party or one of our employees.
4. Ultimately, if you feel your concern has not been satisfactorily addressed,
send an email to the board of directors, specifying the circumstances leading
up to your current actions. Please enclose all previous attempts at resolution.
It would be beneficial for all to read or re-read the club rules online at,sandieguitotennis.com. This will aid in unnecessary conflicts from arising. We have a whole section for members only including an organizational chart to help you determine who to talk with and for what matters.
Thank you for your attention and support.
