Your Assistance is Appreciated.
Donald Nann, who has been teaching at our club for nearly 20 years, could use some love and support over the next few weeks. Some of you may not personally know Donald, as he works mostly with our junior players in the afternoons. But, some of you may know his sister, Daryl Nann.
Unfortunately, it is necessary for Donald to have hip surgery, so he will be out of work for approximately 8 weeks starting April 18th. We would like to show him our appreciation by providing him a little help during his recovery time.
If you would like to leave a note of encouragement, a thank you, a speedy recovery, and a donation, please stop by the pro shop and sign his “Get Well” card.
I have personally known Donald for all of those years and he is very deserving of our support.

IX. Conflict Resolution
Handling Conflicts and Complaints
There will be times when issues or conflicts arise at our club. Our Tennis
Director, Club Manager and Board Members are here to listen, help and
Examples of Issues and Where to Find Solutions
*Difficulties signing up for courts
*Issues concerning club etiquette and rules
*League team issues
*Facilities and grounds maintenance issues
*Receiving email blasts soliciting members for private gains, political,
*Issues concerning rental dues, payments to the club, buying a club share
*Pro shop issues
Please Take Steps In The Following Order
1. If possible, talk first with the person(s) directly involved unless you feel that
would escalate the situation.
2. Talk with the appropriate person at the club, either the Tennis Director or
the Club Manager.
3. If your issue is still not resolved, send an email to either the Tennis Director
or Club Manager, addressing the specific issues that have been left
unresolved. Avoid any attacks toward the other party or one of our employees.
4. Ultimately, if you feel your concern has not been satisfactorily addressed,
send an email to the board of directors, specifying the circumstances leading
up to your current actions. Please enclose all previous attempts at resolution.
It would be beneficial for all to read or re-read the club rules online at,sandieguitotennis.com. This will aid in unnecessary conflicts from arising. We have a whole section for members only including an organizational chart to help you determine who to talk with and for what matters.
Thank you for your attention and support.
